60-Hour Home Inspection Training Package, $459 to $499
This is the package you need for Indiana, Illinois, Mississippi, Connecticut, SC, ND, SD, etc.
This package is also recommended for states that do not license their home inspectors.

Homework Assignments Covering the Videos and Manual Score at least 80% on the homework and receive a Diploma. 4. 2-DVD Virtual Inspection Set On the first DVD, an experienced inspector shows you the areas of a home he is inspecting. You inspect the home as you see it on the DVD. On the second DVD, the inspector explains his inspection results so you can compare your findings. 5.
