Once you are a licensed home inspector, you need 20 hours of continuing education each year in any course relating to the general subject matter of home inspection. So, you can use this training material to learn how to be a home inspector and to help you pass the state test. Then, you can use the same package for 60 hours of continuing education. Just submit test sections equaling 20 hours per year and save the others for future years. Click on the Continuing Education button on the left to learn more
