  • An 11-Volume "Live Classroom" video set. See and experience the same topics and discussions students in a classroom see, including when they go out to the field and when there are question and answer sessions.
  • A 500 page home inspection training manual covering the various areas of home inspection. The book also includes hands-on inspection procedures, marketing ideas, and much more.
  • A 2-volume virtual inspection set so you can practice doing inspections before you perform you first fee paid inspection. As you view the first video, you conduct the inspection. Watch the second video to see and hear the insights of what an experienced inspector found when he inspected the house.
  • Homework assignments to keep you focused on the course. These assignments help you track your progress as you work towards obtaining your license.
