New Mexico Home Inspector Training

New Mexico started licensing their home inspectors a couple of years ago. They require 80 hours of home inspector education and 80 hour of field experience, including 30 parallel inspections with a licensed inspector.  They also require that you pass the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) to get your license.
Our 90 Hour Home Inspection Package fulfills the education requirements for becoming a licensed home inspector in New Mexico.  Our training package also includes practice tests to help you prepare for the New Mexico state exam (NHIE).
