New Hampshire requires 90 hours of home inspector training to be licensed.
We are a New Hampshire-Home Inspector Board Approved Training Provider Our 90 Hour Home Inspection Online Course fulfills the education requirements for becoming a licensed home inspector in New Hampshire. New Hampshire uses the National Home Inspector Exam for their state exam. This $499 online training course includes the following items:
1. 12 Video Series showing almost 2000 scenes of actual defects observed from out on site. There's no better way to learn then by seeing real-life examples of the defects you should be able to identify as a home inspector. From structural issues to electrical hazards, these videos provide an excellent overview of common defects found in homes.
2. 11 videos from an actual classroom. You observe the classroom discussions and see the same in-the-field training as students in the class. By observing these classroom sessions, you will gain a deeper understanding of key concepts and techniques, as well as insights into real-world scenarios faced by home inspectors like yourself.
3. A 500 page manual that more fully describes issues a home inspector should understand.
4. A 2 video virtual inspection set. Put your skills to the test with this two-video set. You perform the inspection while watching the first video. On the second video an experienced home inspector tells you what he found in the inspection, providing insights on the inspection findings. Use these videos to help refine your skills and approach.
5. Homework assignments to help you stay focused on the course. They are designed to reinforce your learning and comprehension of key concepts covered in the course.
6. Access to 5 full length practice exams to help prepare for the NHIE test--the exam used by New Hampshire for licensing. These practice exams will help you familiarize yourself with the format and subject content of the NHIE, allowing you to assess your readiness and identify areas for further study.
