To become a licensed home inspector in Wisconsin, you must pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and an exam on Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Administrative rules that relate to home inspections.  Our home study or live training courses will help you prepare for the NHIE.  Once you are a licensed home inspector, you need 20 hours of continuing education each year in any course relating to the general subject matter of home inspection.
