Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Wisconsin?? To become a licensed home inspector in Wisconsin, you must pass the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and an exam on Wisconsin Statutes and the Wisconsin Administrative rules that relate to home inspections. Our home study or live training courses will help you prepare for the NHIE. Once you are a licensed home inspector, you need 20 hours of continuing education each year in any course relating to the general subject matter of home inspection. So, you can use our 4-Point Residential Home Study Package to learn how to be a home inspector and to help you pass the state test. Then, you can use the same package for 60 hours of continuing education. Just submit test sections equaling 20 hours per year and save the others for future years. Click on the Continuing Education button on the left to learn more. For more information and details on Wisconsin Home Inspector Licensing, visit the Wisconsin Home Inspectors Information Web Page, or contact the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing by mail, phone, or e-mail:
