South Dakota Home Inspector Certification/Licensing Requirements - Home Inspector Training

To become a registered home inspector in South Dakota, you must have successfully completed high school or equivalent, successfully completed an approved home inspector course of at least 40 hours, and have successfully completed the NHIE exam. Our school, A Better School of Building Inspection, is on the list of approved training providers.
