Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Oregon?? To become a licensed home inspector in Oregon, you must become obtain at least 20 eligibility points. Eligibility points are earned by previous training, education, or experience in home inspections and other related fields. The most you can receive form one source is 10 points. Our school is on the list of approved training providers. Our 4-Point Residential Inspection Home Study Package is worth 10 eligibility points. Once you obtain the 20 eligibility points, you can take the Home Inspector Test. Our home study or live training courses could help you prepare for the examination. If you pass all five sections of the test, you can be a certified home inspector. Once you are certified, to practice home inspections in Oregon, you must be the owner or employee of a Construction Contractors Board licensed business.
