Oregon Home Inspector Training

Inspector in Oregon??
Our school is on
the list of approved training providers for Oregon. Our Residential Inspection Home Study Package is worth 10 eligibility points. To become a
licensed home inspector in Oregon, you must obtain at least 20
eligibility points. The most you can receive from one source--such as education-- is 10 points. Additional eligibility points are earned by going on ride-alongs with licensed inspectors, attending association meetings, or documenting previous experience, etc. Remember, no matter how many training courses you take, you will only receive a total of 10 points from training.
Once you obtain the 20 eligibility points, you can take the Home Inspector
Test.

- The 4-Point Residential Inspection Home Study Package (12 DVDs + 500 page manual, regular price $599)
