Nevada Home Inspector Training Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Nevada?? To obtain a license and become a certified residential inspector in Nevada, you must complete at least 40 hours of classroom instruction. You must also observe at least 25 inspections performed by a certified general inspector, a certified master inspector, or an approved instructor. You must also pass the examination approved by the Real Estate Division. Nevada requires that you attend class in Nevada by a school physically located in Nevada. Since we are in Utah, sorry, we cannot help you become a home inspector in Nevada.
