Maryland Home Inspector Training

Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Maryland??

The requirements for home inspector pre-licensing education were recently raised from 48 to 72 hours.  The law required that you sit in class.  Home study and on-line courses do not count. 

We do not offer a classroom course in Maryland.  Sorry we cannot help.
