Delaware Home Inspector Training
Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Delaware??
Delaware does not currently have a law requiring licensure, certification, or registration of home inspectors. This means that if you want to become a home inspector, you do not need a license from the state.

Even though there are no home inspector license laws in your state, there are other laws that home inspectors must abide by including, for example, laws or rules on contracts. Furthermore, there are ways that home inspectors can even potentially limit their liability. This information is taught in our course.
