Interested in Becoming a Home Inspector in Connecticut??
To become a Home Inspector Intern in Connecticut, you must complete an approved training program. Our 4-Point Residential Inspection Home Study Package is an approved training program and fulfills the education requirement. For more information on our home inspector training courses, click here. You also need to find a licensed home inspector to be your mentor. Once you are an intern, you can earn a Home Inspector's License by performing 100 home inspections and completing the state exam. At least the first 10 home inspections must be under direct supervision of your mentor.
