"It is obvious to me that if I had not taken your course I would not have passed the exams and wouldn't have become a good home inspector. The training answered virtually all of the questions I had. I especially appreciated the marketing techniques you provided that I never would have thought of on my own. Most importantly they are working.

The DVDs weren't just some guy giving a seminar. Despite some experience in construction, I saw hundreds of scenes of defects in the DVDs I have never seen before. You also showed me several examples when it was important. I felt that seeing such a large number of scenes and a variety of them gave me more knowledge than I could get in a year or more of experience as a home inspector.

The manual information and diagrams were easy to understand and were very good at helping walk me through an inspection and learn the defects I needed to look for. They also helped me appreciate, by example, the many different possible situations I needed to become familiar with.

The mock exam helped me to better overcome some of the tough exam questions that would otherwise have been difficult to understand.

The memory devices helped me to better distinguish what is and isn't required by the standards. They gave me confidence that I could learn the standards and answer the questions on the exam knowledgeably. You've made understanding inspector business law far more easy than I would have expected too. The ethics portions were also especially helpful and I think I aced that part of the exam as a result.
