People in the class typically find between 50 to 80 problem items in each
home, better results than most current inspectors get
covers the various areas of home inspection including roofing, structural,
electrical, plumbing, exteriors, interiors, HVAC, steam, wood destroying
insects, marketing, liability, report writing, and inspection techniques.
This is an intensive course. To accomplish training in such a short
period of time, we have you watch the 25 DVDs before you come to class
so you are prepared for the hands-on, in-the-field experience. You pay
$599 (+ $15 S&H) when you first sign up: the remaining $300 is due the day before class begins.
Before you can come to the in-the-field training, we must receive the answer sheets for all your homework by the Friday a week before the class begins (by June 15, September 14, November 23). This will ensure that you will be prepared to get the most from the field training.
New Construction and Commerical
In the past, we offered in-the-field training for New Construction and Commerical Inspection Training. With the current state of the construction industry, it is difficult to find on-site locations to visit. Therefore, we are no longer offering this. We recommend that you order our home study New Construction and Commercial Packages. We recorded our past on-site visits to these locations and they are included on the DVDs you will receive.
