Jump StartTM Diploma Program
If you want to become a credentialed home inspector, consider some of our training options:
Earn a Diploma signifying that you have achieved Level I, Level II, or Level III in our Residential Inspection home study program.
Level I: DVD's/Videos
Watch the Dvd's/videos and pass an exam based on the DVD's/videos and receive a Level I (Core Course) Diploma.
Level II: Manual
Study an extensive 500-page manual, and pass an exam based on the manual and receive a Level II (Extended Course) Diploma.
Level III: Practice Inspections
After finishing Levels I and II, consider completing Level III. Inspect three homes in different age ranges on your own in your area, snap appropriate photographs, and send the reports and photos to us for review. Upon successful completion, you receive a Level III Diploma. We provide the inspection forms to use in conducting these inspections. You use your own camera and film.
